Terms of Use
These terms govern access to the MOTSELL website, customer portal, VPS/VDS services, and managed proxy services provided through the current sales channel and future direct channels.
1. Acceptance
MOTSELL is used as the operating name of the service. Use of the site, portal, or services means acceptance of these Terms of Use.
2. Service model
- provision of VPS/VDS after confirmed payment;
- provision of managed proxy services after confirmed payment and access delivery;
- a customer portal for setup, server details, and basic server actions;
- support handling for renewals, suspensions, and exception cases.
3. Orders, billing, and renewal
A service becomes active after payment is confirmed and the server resource or proxy access is successfully provided, or after required post-payment setup is completed.
Payments are non-refundable by default once service delivery has started, except where a refund is required by law or where the service was not delivered due to MOTSELL fault.
If renewal is not paid in time, the subscription may enter grace period, be suspended, or be terminated.
4. Account and customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for account credentials, proxy credentials, server configuration, deployed applications, and hosted content, and must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy published at /aup.
5. Support, data, and backups
Support is provided on a best-effort basis and does not create an SLA unless published separately. Responsibility for data, backups, and the application stack remains with the customer unless agreed otherwise.
6. Suspension, termination, and liability
MOTSELL may restrict or terminate the service for fraud, abuse, AUP violations, security risk, legal requirements, or infrastructure rules.
The service is provided on an as is / as available basis. MOTSELL is not liable for losses caused by third-party infrastructure outages, insecure customer configuration, or events outside reasonable MOTSELL control.
