Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to all orders, accounts, VPS/VDS instances, managed proxy services, network resources, support interactions, and related customer activity.

• phishing, scams, fraud, deceptive pages, and schemes intended to unlawfully collect data or funds;
• hosting content that infringes third-party rights or contains clearly unlawful material;
• using malware, trojans, worms, exploit kits, or similar tools for covert interference, damage, or data theft.

• unauthorized access, brute force, credential stuffing, scanning, and interception without explicit permission;
• mass password attempts, exploitation of third-party vulnerabilities, and operation of malicious infrastructure;
• using the service to bypass access controls or hide the source of hostile traffic.

• DoS, DDoS, flooding, amplification, or similar attacks against systems and networks;
• using the server as a public proxy, open relay, open resolver, or Tor exit node;
• traffic generation that violates infrastructure rules or creates network abuse.

Unsolicited mass messaging, spam, bulk email, purchased-list campaigns, and forging or hiding the real source of a message are prohibited.

MOTSELL managed proxy services are permitted only within published plans, protocols, and limits. Spam, fraud, phishing, credential stuffing, unlawful access, mass account creation, anti-fraud bypass, and activity that violates law, third-party rights, or infrastructure rules are prohibited.

• pirated content, cryptocurrency mining, public proxy services, and services that create sustained abuse risk;
• running vulnerable or abandoned software where it creates a clear risk to surrounding infrastructure and network health;
• using software or configurations in violation of license terms or published infrastructure restrictions.

The customer must administer the server independently or retain a competent administrator and is responsible for updates, passwords, keys, applications, and hosted data.

MOTSELL may review technical logs, abuse reports, and infrastructure signals. For serious abuse, fraud, or direct policy violations, the service may be immediately restricted or disabled without prior notice.
