Personal Data Processing Policy
This policy explains what personal data MOTSELL processes when services are ordered, VPS/VDS or proxy services are issued, the portal is used, support is provided, and notifications are sent.
1. Operator and scope
The personal data operator is MOTSELL through the person or organization shown in the contact block of this policy. The policy applies to the website, customer portal, service delivery, support, and related operational processes.
2. Data categories
- email, display name, and account data;
- orders, subscriptions, service statuses, paid-until dates, payment-event identifiers, and sales-channel identifiers;
- technical service data: VPS/VDS or proxy identifiers, IP addresses, location, image, plan, and delivery state;
- support tickets, messages, attachments, and processing history;
- IP address, user agent, action time, consent records, opt-out records, and security events.
MOTSELL does not process payment card data directly: payment details are entered on the payment or sales-channel side.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- creating and protecting the account, accepting a portal invitation, and managing access;
- fulfilling orders: service delivery, renewals, service-state changes, support, and incident handling;
- required service notifications about orders, renewals, security, support, and service state;
- recording consents, opt-outs, audit events, and legal compliance;
- optional messages, including news, product updates, light reminders, and review requests, only with separate consent.
4. Service and optional messages
Service notifications are tied to contract performance and service security, so they are not treated as promotional messaging and are required for an active account or service.
Optional messages can be disabled in profile settings or through support. After opt-out, MOTSELL stops optional messages to that contact; service notifications continue while an account or service remains active.
5. Processing actions and security
Data may be collected, recorded, organized, stored, updated, used, transferred within the stated purposes, blocked, and deleted. Access is role-restricted, and important changes are recorded in audit logs.
6. Sharing with third parties
Data may be shared with infrastructure providers, payment and sales channels, email services, support contractors, and public authorities where needed for service delivery, security, support, or legal compliance.
7. Customer rights and consent withdrawal
A customer may request information about processing, data correction, processing restriction, deletion where permitted by law, and withdrawal of optional-message consent. Requests are sent to the operator email.
8. Retention
Data is retained no longer than needed for processing purposes, obligations, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. When purposes are reached, data is deleted or anonymized unless further retention is required.
